| The Races Marathon Date: Sunday, May 19th, 2013 Time: 8am Start: Pocono Raceway, Long Pond, PA Entry Fee: $75 Through March 31 $85 April 1 Through May 15th or when registration reaches capacity (1600 Runners) $50 Active Military $35 Active Military Academy Register at the Runner's Expo! Saturday May 18th 10am-7pm at the Stroudsburg High School Cafeteria. Rates above apply. The Course Maps View Course in Google Maps View Course Map PDF View Elevation Profile Turn-By-Turn Course Description Rules No strollers, bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, roller blades, hand cycles, or other wheeled vehicles or pets are allowed on the course at any time. Marathon participants must be at least 18 years of age on 5/19/2013. The course will close at 2pm and all Race provided health and safety services will terminate. Runners on the course after 2pm will be at their own risk. All Marathoners Will Receive Souvenir Timing Chip Technical Shirt All Marathon Finishers Will Receive A Marathon Finisher Medal Post Race Refreshments Awards The top 3 male and female finishers in each of the following age categories will be awarded a trophy. 18-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-69 70-74 75-79 80+ Cash Prizes $8000 in prize money will be awarded in the following categories* 1st Prize - $2000 - one male & one female 2nd Prize - $1500 - one male & one female 3rd Prize - $500 - one male & one female *In accordance with USATF Rules and Regulations, college eligible athletes are not eligible to receive Cash Prizes. |
